We loved our stay at populus for the sts9 colorado take over shows. The staff was super helpful and we had a great time in the downstairs bar, Thomas took great care of us at the bar, great conversationalist and mixologist. Mito the valet was incredibly helpful and a valuable member of the team, I was grateful that he helped me load the car from our luggage cart while my dearest friend enjoyed some bubbles at the bar. Elegant hotel with minimalist and nature-inspired decor. I was bothered by the woodsmoke in the room, particularly in the evening and overnight. The 13th floor restaurant uses a wood burning stove that seems to not be properly ventilated, and the smoke makes its way to the rooms. Other reviewers have described this problem in the last 7+ months. Please work on improving indoor air quality.

Dear Traveler, I almost want to keep Populus Hotel to myself and tell you it wasn’t nearly as amazing as my family and I experienced it to be—but that wouldn’t be fair. ;) It was so special that my five-year-old asked if we could stay at least two more days.
