My review is based on the lack of customer service/professionalism. It took nearly 3 weeks to get an appointment/consultation to discuss our projects (2 bathroom remodels). Brady finally came out and said he could get a quote ready by the end of that week and could possibly squeeze in a small framing job the following week. Popularis performed the impossible on a commercial/residential property for us. Siding, windows, roof & gutters, doors, paint, stone work, post and beam grand entrance, and more. The entire process was perfection. No detail was left out, no errors made, and it was actually FUN to watch. The detailed craftsmanship has many people stopping as they walk by our building. We have worked with Brady for the past several years and Popularis continues to focus on quality workmanship and customer service. Popularis strives to work with each customer to create a unique design that fits their style and budget. In addition, Popularis stands behind their work. While no one likes a call back to fix a problem...it's nice to know that Brady and Popularis will answer the phone and fix the issue. Great Company!!
