Had a great experience at Popular Pizza! Komal at the front counter was really friendly and helpful. I ordered the tandoori paneer pizza, and it was fresh and super tasty. Service was quick and smooth. Will definitely come back!
Just wanted to say we placed an order for chicken pizzas and sides, the food was really delicious. We usually make an order in the evening but yesterday the taste was different and really good. The pizza toppings were accurate not more not less and they made it well done. My husband picked up around 9:15pm and the girl treated so polite and she took the ordered nicely. We appreciate the all over service.
I’ve visited three times in the morning, and each time the service has been disappointing. There is always a long wait to place an order because the morning staff member is often on the phone and not attending to customers. Even when customers are waiting, she continues the call, which feels unprofessional and rude. I am a regular customer and enjoy the pizza, but the poor service is affecting my experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and customer service improves.
I try to call them 25 -30 minutes before closing. She answered and when she listen the order she just turn off the phone and after reaching there i got to know that she never took a order and she said we don't take order. She was just busy talking on phone. Worse service
