Great customer service and a new franchisee, always treating customers with respect and that itself is respectable.
Very disappointing experience with Popular Pizza. They repeatedly cancel orders at the last minute, blaming it on having only one driver. This has happened multiple times. Not reliable at all. It honestly feels like they just don’t want to make the order. Don’t bother ordering from here and apparently their posted hours mean nothing because they decide to close an hour early. When asked, they just say the timing is wrong. Staff won’t even give their name. Great way to run a business…
