First and unsure of last time ordering from here. Placed an order online as the have a family deal that includes a mccain cake (The main reason I ordered from here). After placing my order I received a call saying they were out of wedges and would fries be ok. No biggie, I like wedges better but sure who doesn't love a good fry. I've been their customer for the past 3 years. Had I invested the money I've spent here buying pizza into nVidia over the years, I'd be a millionaire by now. Do I have regrets? Absolutely not. A man needs pizza when he needs pizza, and this shop sells damn good pizza at a reasonable price. Plus, the people who work there are extremely kind. Always willing to go above and beyond to help. Kudos to that. Butterchicken dip is a banger btw.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Popular Pizza. We placed an order and received the wrong pizza. Mistakes can happen, but what was most upsetting is that the staff did not show the basic courtesy to either deliver the correct order or exchange it for the right one. Instead, we were left with something we did not order or want. Good customer service is about acknowledging mistakes and making them right, but unfortunately, that did not happen here. The girl working Wednesday night was really nice. I can't comment on the pizza because I've only tried their potato wedges, but they were good.
