We purchased a bed in March. Ive been calling everyday and no one answers the phone. Ive called all day long for 3 days. I just want to ask a question on how to move the bed from one room to another as it is an electric bed or can they recommend someone.
Just purchased king set of our local popular mattress brand. Joey salesman was helpful in every way from introduction, to determining best choices to narrow down all through purchasing. Super.
Angie, our sales rep was wonderful. But Fernie is the worst customer service employee I've ever had the misfortune of speaking to. Called to request and update on a $3500 mattress we order and Fernie was nothing but rude and condescending. If it hadn't been for Angie calling back and apologizing on his behalf we would've cancelled the order.
