I regularly visit Popular Car Wash, and I’m always impressed by the morning staff in the drive-thru. They’re professional, polite, and extremely attentive to detail. Even on busy, snowy mornings, they maintain a positive attitude and make sure every car leaves looking spotless.They care about customer satisfaction. It’s the kind of service that makes you want to keep coming back — excellent job by the whole team!🤝
I had a very bad experience at this car wash. The customer service is extremely poor, and the two staff members I dealt with were very rude and unprofessional. Their behavior toward customers is unacceptable, and they clearly don’t care about providing good service. I will not be returning, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone until they improve their attitude and customer service.
