Gurpreet was such a pleasure to deal with and the car wash was excellent!!! I will be back soon!
Firstly, when we got there, no one came out and I had to go up to the door and knock on it to get the attendant’s attention to come and do his job. And then, once we paid, he went over to the house and started washing the car without checking to see if the window was up, which it wasn’t. So we then got sprayed, by a power washer, in the face. Very disappointed!!! Went to this automated car wash for the first time and it damaged my back bumper, I have a big 5inch scratch now to my before 100% conditions car! I’m so pissed! Contacted customer service and they did nothing for me, they just denied their car wash did any damage and said must of happened before the wash!! I’m so angry!
