ONE tech and so many waiting repairs. Doc is over his head. And if you'd like to spend big money, as I did with the job incomplete, Docs is the place for you! The response below from "Pop" to my comments is untrue. I left the trailer door open. The refrigerator is located inside the trailer. (inside the unloked door) The awning is accessible outside the trailer and repairable without a key. My trailer was damaged, indeed vandalized on Pop's lot. Do yourself a favor and avoid this auto shop like the plague. List of reasons why: 1. Didn’t honor the AAA partnership for 10% off. 2. They were not clear about how long it would take to work on my vehicle. I expressed clearly on the phone that it’s likely a intake manifold replacement and they said they could get me in same day. After a mere 40mins of diagnosis and confirming my initial concern they said it would be 4-6 weeks before they can do anything.
