Now a days when everything feels transactional, it’s refreshing to find a business where staff members are passionate about what they do and genuinely care about making meaningful connections with customers! Being in the shop was such a cool experience compared to your traditional big chain tire shops. I definitely will be coming back and supporting their business.
I became a fan before I was even a customer. While getting my car washed next door, I'd spend the time hanging out inside Pop's tire shop and just watching the crew work was enough to win me over. First time going to Pop's after seeing all the homies go there. Can I say They were already off the bat super friendly and welcoming. No many tire shop are like that. They seem very passionate about their work and hobby. When I walk in I feel like I'm going to a family's house for dinner.
