If I could leave 0 stars here I would. Had a family member call to inquire about storage to park her van and get a price. The person over the phone who “helped” told her that the space is too big for what she needs and when she asked for the price the person replied “more than you can afford” and hung up on her. Terrible customer service. Couldn’t even offer a better solution for what may fit her needs more appropriately.
