Ari, Pop’s garage opener technician, was terrific. Very informative while we discussed our garage door opener needs. Diligently installed our new garage door opener and assisted me with WiFI connection and the program connection to my phone. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable making our choices very easy. Very happy that POP’s and Ari met our garage opener needs all in one day.

I got a garage door spring replaced 4 months ago, and had to call them back out a week later to fix the tension wire.........yesterday morning the same tension wire disconnected again. I was really disappointed that they told me that I had to wait 3 days because the tech was on vacation (as if they had no other techs). I didn't wanna take the chance on forcing the door open just to get my car out, so I had to pay an additional fee and call another company.....Their tech literally fixed the problem in about 20 min. Very responsive, easy communication, showed up on time, great work and left the workplace all cleaned up. All this at a competitive price. Stay away from the Big Box stores and support local business.

I highly recommend Pop's Garage Doors! Michael was efficient, professional, and went above and beyond by repairing a part instead of replacing it, saving us $300. To top it off, they came out the very same day I called and completed the entire job in just 45 minutes. Fantastic service!
