When we called for an appointment to update the exterior garage door opener pad, we were scheduled two days out. For a non-emergency, we thought that was pretty good. Daniel noticed it on his schedule, called and asked if he could come by since we were on his way home. He finished the installation quickly and gave us excellent guidance to optimize the view from the new camera. Daniel was friendly, helpful, and cleaned the

Excellent service! I had an emergency with my garage door and Tal showed up within an hour of my call. He was respectful, kind, and very professional. The pricing was reasonable, and he had the door completely repaired the very next day. It’s hard to find people who respond that quickly and genuinely care about doing a great job. I highly recommend him for any garage door repairs.

I’ve used Pops on two separate occasions and I’m continually so impressed with the service and timeliness. I called at 5:45pm expecting at best a next day appt- no extra charge for “same day” or “emergency”- the technician, Tal arrived before 7pm- explained exactly what was wrong and had it fixed quickly that same night. Their service is under warranty (as well as the parts) so I feel confident that it’s done right! Thanks Pops!
