I appreciate this mechanic is very reliable and excellent customer service and superior in figuring out your issues with your car.
I have been to this shop multiple times over the last year since we moved here and every single time Mark has taken really good care of us. He has fair prices, he gets the work done as fast as he can and he is a really honest mechanic. I have been referring everyone I know in this area to his shop because he has done right by us Everytime. For as long as we live here, he will have a loyal customer from us!!!
Mark is great! He’s personable, honest, and kept me updated through a big job with my car. He offers very fair pricing and does great work!
So, I went in during my break to get my brakes done. Mark had two vehicles inside of the shop, so he had me pull halfway into the bay. About ten minutes into the job, we heard a loud crash (looked around) then that's when we both noticed that a sheet of ice had slid off of his roof and onto my windshield😒needless to say, brakes took a backseat as realization set in.
