Vinny basically stole $10000 from us. We hired Vinny In May 2022 to install a generator in our big pine key home. In June he said that everything was already being permitted but when we called the county directly they said no. There was no permit. For some reason my husband decided to take him for his word against his own common sense and fast forward to October 10th, 2022 and he has still not put in any permit.
