Food is good, feel like the consistency has gone slightly down hill over the past few years. Employees seem to not like working there as when you walk up to the counter to order they make it seem like we are taking them away from more important things. Also dont go in past 7:30 they will repeat themselves over and over that they are closing soon even though they are open for another half hour

I bought the hot dog special it was cold.we ask for hot food they reheated our food instead of giving us fresh hotdogs they mixed our food up we did not no who food was who's. Which is unsanitized. So we ask for our money back I did not realize that I was not given the full amount back until I was outside the restaurant. All of the Pops locations are great. Variety of food, and I have never tried anything I didn't like.

I will not go here again. Ordered 2 Beef Wet Sandwiches and it tasted old and dry. Palos Pops is the Best. I tried this place twice with the same result. They can't cook their beef properly. Very Disappointed.
