Ordered an Italian beef and noticed the bag felt really light. Opened it up and there was barely any meat on the sandwich. I asked if they could add some extra meat (I would’ve paid for it), but the tall guy in the kitchen just waved his hand at me like he was blowing me off. *im a regular customer so i knew instantly something was off* I ended up getting a refund and went to Pop’s on Wolf Road instead. Ordered a beef& sausage combo to go ,had hardly any beef on . I took a photo of it to show manager the next time I came in. Said they couldn’t do anything about it. He said he’s been making sandwich’s 35 years , how come I didn’t bring it back , told him I’m not coming all the way. I’ve been coming to this location since it was opened , sadly to say I’LL NEVER GO TO THAT LOCATION EVER AGAIN!
