food was fantastic service was perfect the gentleman at the front was very helpful although he was busy
⭐☆☆☆☆ I’ve been here multiple times and have always enjoyed the food, but this visit was disappointing. The guy working was rude, and my order sat on the counter for about five minutes without him calling my name or letting me know it was ready. Normally when I come, they bring it to you. I was just sitting there waiting while my food got cold. Great food, poor customer service.
Yeah, it's going to be a 1-star from me. Oh, not for Poppy's, Heaven's no, but on myself. This amazing store has been around for two years and I'm just finding out about it today? Shame on me. Anyways, the fine ladies behind the counter here whipped up and served me the best damn protein shake I've ever had that I didn't make myself (it was the Elvis Shake). 5 stars, 10/10, all that jazz. Though I don't live in Niceville, I will be back someday for another taste. God bless you, Poppy's Protein.
