Very Comfortable Experience! Ms. Yani provided me exactly the layers I’d ask for, with all my layers at just the right length! My hair finally falls just the way I like it to! I couldn’t be happier! Everyone there this morning were so warm and welcoming too. I’ll definitely be back!
Disappointed. They charged an upfront deposit, arrived late although they expect punctuality. I had an appointment with Yani, but was assisted by another stylist, Pauliza, then switched to a second stylist who may have been Yani, but I would never know because she did not introduce herself; she was very standoffish. Other than Pauliza they were not friendly nor inviting; it was very awkward. When I extended the tip, the second stylist kneeled down and did not extend her hand nor thanked me.
