I’m currently in my second trimester, and my initial visit with Dr. Erica was truly amazing! She alleviated so much of the pain I had been experiencing, even just in that first session. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, especially when it comes to prenatal care, and made me feel completely at ease. Her approach is gentle, supportive, and tailored to exactly what I needed. I left feeling so much better — both physically and mentally. I highly recommend Dr. Erica to any expecting moms looking for real relief and expert care!
I had my first-ever Chiropractic appointment yesterday with Dr. Erica Nichols to obtain some therapy and adjustments to hopefully address some chronic forearm & lower bicep pain I've been experiencing for the last several months. I was extremely impressed with Dr. Nichols' approach in fully explaining her evaluation of my back, neck, shoulders and arms including the subsequent Chiropractic adjustments. I'm very much looking forward to continuing to work with Poppy Chiropractic over the coming weeks!!
Dr Erica is amazing! I traumatize my body with muay thai and lifting and sports and spartan races and she always gets me back to 100%. Like my central nervous system feels so good after shes done working with me. Finds my hip impingements and tight neck and will have me feeling like on cloud 9 again. Ready to take on the world after. She also educates you on small things you can do at home to help with your ailments until the next time you see her. 10/10 would recommend her and yall should slide thru!!!
Dr. Erica is the best! She is so thoughtful & kind, and I felt super informed by her approach! Her office is great and the only thing you’ll regret is not getting in sooner!!
I came in here with excruciating pain and my right arm not having much range of motion. After the first adjustment I was able to move my arm!!! It was unbelievable! I even started to bring my children and I tell everyone about how great Erica is!!!
