Hamid took the time to listen and understand what I needed instead of just giving me a quick answer. He was great at finding a solution and making sure was taken care of. I really appreciate how patient, professional and genuinely caring he was during my visit. I recommend banking here.

The gentlemen who work at Poppy Bank are the reason why we have decided to do our banking there. They are absolutely wonderful and great people. We really enjoy talking to them and they provide excellent customer service each and every time we are in the branch! Rae is great- he knows us personally now and we really enjoy his great customer service! I think this is something lost nowadays. I appreciate the service from poppy bank, Raekwon has helped me over the years and he is very polite, attentive and overall helpful. Hamidraza is very polite and helpful as well and he is always Smiling and laughing which is a pleasant experience.

I go to Orangetheory next door and decided to stop into Poppy Bank, where I met Jimi, the manager. He was so personable, welcoming, and easy to talk to that I immediately felt comfortable and knew I wanted to open an account there. It’s rare to meet someone who earns your trust that quickly. Thanks, Jimi, for such a great experience!
