I had the most delightful experience at the Los Altos branch. I was at an event last week and shared with Maria the branch manager how unhappy I am with Heritage Bank. She invited me to stop by her office and I went in today to change banks and open a checking account. Amalia one of the senior bankers assisted me and was so friendly and helpful. Walked into the Los Altos branch with a friend (not even a customer yet) and was honestly blown away. Everyone greeted us right away, made small talk, and even asked my name. It felt so genuine and welcoming. Such a different experience from my current bank. I’ll definitely be back to open an account. Great experience and staff all around!
