Walked into the Los Altos branch with a friend (not even a customer yet) and was honestly blown away. Everyone greeted us right away, made small talk, and even asked my name. It felt so genuine and welcoming. Such a different experience from my current bank. I’ll definitely be back to open an account. Great experience and staff all around!
