I went into Poppy Bank this morning to cash a check written from my attorney from his Poppy Bank account. I sat in the bank for approximately 15 minutes while three women stared at the same screen. Then, one woman claimed she had to speak to the person who had written the check to cash it. She claimed it is Poppy Bank’s policy.
