I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this bank branch. The branch manager seemed completely clueless about how to open an account, which resulted in a process that took over two hours! I had to repeatedly provide information and even went to Trader Joe's and back, only to find that the manager still couldn't figure out the system. She even blamed the company and the type of account I am opening for her inability to complete the task.
