Great customer service - very friendly and helpful!
I was recently in the Napa branch with to get assistance for a new online savings account. I learned, unfortunately, that I could only have one, however, Devron reached out to his online department and Nancy from that department was gracious enough to raise my rate to the current rate advertised on your online. Kudos as well to Tina and Manuel! the branch has always given me great customer service. Thank you!
You won’t find better customer service anywhere! In the Napa office Tina and all the staff is exceptional! Manuel especially has my back and I appreciate it. Always professional and helpful. This is the best bank in town!
