Over the years I have worked for several companies who have banked all over Napa. This is by far the BEST business banking experience! So much so that myself, all of my family & most of my friends have moved their personal banking to Poppy Bank Napa. Tina, Janet & Manuel go above and beyond to take care of both business, non-profit and personal banking needs. Do not hesitate to stop in and grab a sweet treat or a cup of complimentary coffee to see what customer service should feel like!
Customer Service is the best. We are always greeted by name when we come in the door which makes us feel very welcome and that our money is safe and secure. We wish you had a branch in Monterey, we would definitely switch all of our accounts. to Poppy.
