The interest rate on the savings account is fabulous! The customer service is what keeps us as customers. Nicholas, Micken(spelling), and their manager (stumped on her name) are all so personable and you can tell that they care about our lives. The Folsom branch employees ROCK!!! They are always friendly and incredibly helpful and they remember what you tell them. For example, my husband and I separately went to the bank and mentioned an upcoming trip and they contacted us separately later to wish us a wonderful vacation. That's not surprising because they've also contacted me from time to time to respond to a question I had asked when I was at the bank. Great customer service!
