Terrible customer service. Said I could do mobile banking. Took over 3 months! You cant believe what they say Plus They forgot to order my checks. Was just there on Aug. 14th trying get a bank check. After 75 minutes still no bank check!! Closed my account with them.
Open an account , never received ATM card though I ask them 3 times. Left a Message Friday for Nancy to call back regarding why I still not received card. Never received call back so call the following Thursday and she said she call me with info on the card before end of day, no call received. Withdrawing ALL my money and putting in a trustful bank as Poppy Bank cannot be trusted they do NOT follow thru on what they say. I believe in giving everyone 3 chances and I given them more chances but they still failed.
