Came here to open a certificate of deposit right near opening at 10:00 am on Saturday. There was only one teller working and he mentions I have to make an appointment to open the account. I first mentioned how come this is not mentioned anywhere on their website that I have to make an appointment. I then asked what times he had available and he says the earliest is 3 pm that day since he has 8-9 appointments booked already.
