We chose poppy bank as a local bank because their rates were competitive. Little did we realize the service was beyond top notch. Cullen made the opening of the acccount for our trust literally a five minute exercise by lining everything up in advance. He made sure he had all the necessary docs and prepped everything so it was painless for us to a true gem.
The teller who helped me open up my CD, Rovenson, was extremely polite, kind, friendly, and had so much knowledge of any questions I had about the process. He was more than happy to explain everything in so much detail, so that someone like me, could fully understand what was going on. Such lovely people who work at that branch. They all introduced themselves and I truly did feel welcomed as a new customer.
I love the building, and location, and the personnel at Poppy Petaluma. I do NOT love Gallaher politics. The SMART train is enriching our communities and good for people, as well as for sustaining vibrant businesses.
