My son(in grade school) went up to the counter and asked if they could exchange 5 dollars of quarters and 2 dollars in loose change for cash the teller had no problem doing so until the manager walked out and said to use the coinstar. That they don’t take money like that. I had no clue that’s what he was doing or I would have exchanged it for him at home but come on he’s a kid. Since when did banks not take money.
