Very helpful staff at Poppy Bank's Alameda branch! Everyone at the Alameda branch has been super kind and helpful. I have worked the most with Amirah, who helped me close my deceased mother's accounts and helped me open a trust account. She is kind, thorough, and knowledgeable.
Worst bank ever. I came back to twice today to open an account and I was denied both times. All I was doing was to open a Checking Account and told that is not the right paper work we need. Lifelil goes on!!!
