Unfortunately I agree with the most recent review as far as there is very poor customer service here. I have had much better success with the Walnut Creek Branch so they should actually try to accommodate people by moving their business from one branch to the other if need be. You cannot have an assistant branch manager say that they are really worried about you when they haven't replaced an ATM card sufficiently for you to be able to use in an emergency after they canceled the card for no apparent reason without any informe... read more

I was impressed by the customer service at Corte Madera branch of Poppy Bank. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend doing business here. Unlike other big banks, you feel like you're important.
I decided NEVER again to use PB. Here are some of the major reasons: 1) lack of support at the Santa Rosa corp. level related to not being able to print checks that I needed copies of for tax purposes, and they never followed up; 2) at the branch level - service also has been poor - a) the Branch manager gave me incorrect info about minimum balance to avoid monthly charges for my checking account; I had to correct him and he then agreed that there were NO monthly charges; b) I have been given incorrect info regarding FDIC co... read more
