What amazing customer service. I messed up my order which was a lovely wild child flower arrangement to be sent to friends. I somehow put their drop off address as my billing address. It is Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving and I get a notice at 2pm Bozeman, my arrangement is ready to be picked up….I’m in Austin, Tx. I call in a panic. I called Poppy & August to order flowers too late for same day delivery. They kindly offered to have them there the next day first thing. I hesitated as I wanted them that day despite my late call. The woman on the phone sensed that and she kindly recommended two stores she felt would support same day still. That's an awesome customer first attitude. They won my future business! I look forward to making my next order here.

Third time I have ordered from here. What a special place. I haven't ever been fortunate enough to walk in here - it was an over the internet purchase. But it was a great choice. My wife was over the moon each and every time. If you need to send someone flowers in Bozeman - look no further - order from here. You wont regret it.

I called to order over the phone as I live out of state, and they were incredibly helpful, kind, and patient. I didn’t have a vision, just a request on color. They created a beautiful arrangement and my friend loved it. They also delivered it to her home! Thank you for the care put into her arrangement.
