I’ve been here a few times now, and have always been happy with the service. But this past week, my appointment was canceled 2 hours prior (no big deal, I understand personal things come up, which is what I was told). I rescheduled for the next day, showed up, all to find the door was locked and the person who was supposed to do my facial “mixed me up” with someone else who wanted to reschedule.
