I truly wish there was a way to give Laura forty-four (44) stars because five (5) is not enough. The last five (5) years have been the most trying of my entire life and having to go through the Bar grievance process was the second worst experience of those five (5) years. Laura's knowledge, legal acumen, intellect and ability to apply the law to the facts (the single most important trait of an attorney) is UNPARALLELED. I recommend Laura without hesitation. For years, she has been my go to person for ethics questions. She knows the ethics rules inside and out, as well as the disciplinary system due to her time working there, and does a fantastic job. No one will fight harder for you than Laura. We had a very challenging disciplinary situation in our firm recently. We reached out to Laura for help. She was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful as we navigated the issue. High level of communication and responsiveness, which we appreciated. Her advice and feedback were spot on and ultimately the issue was resolved in our favor. Hopefully we don't need her in the future, but if something comes up, we will be back.
