Food is consistently good. The service, however, is definitely a hit or miss. I've came here on and off for a few years now and one thing I have noticed is that the younger staff at most places, including here, don't truly know what great, let alone good, customer service is. Once this place can learn that, it will be a 9/10 but for now its a solid 7.5/10
Very nice place! Great food and service, tall waiter with reddish blonde hair ( forgot his name lol ) was very kind and friendly, i ordered by phone and picked it up and got the food home and i was still delicious very friendly very tasty…. French toast 10 out of 10
Orders are placed when you walk in. It took awhile to get our food and it came at different times. We wanted a plain waffle without the ice cream, whip cream and Nutella but the young man ringing us up said the charge was still the same as the fancy one. Amazing fresh squeezed orange juice, great California omelet with crispy potatoes and lovely salad. Food was good but it felt like training was needed for the cashier
The food is good. They are not full service, but they execute their concept well enough. My regrets are that I didn't order a second plate of sausage and didn't stick around long enough for a second cup of coffee I will come back.
WHY IS IT CLOSED....!?! not at all happy this place is closed most of the week. never had it, never will... don't get why they're not open, but huge trun off to find a place close to home and it's CLOSED!
