Awesome experience! I needed to notorize documents so I made an appointment, which was very easy as they were very accommodating and friendly. However, my printer broke down right before the appointment so I couldn't print the needed documents. These guys printed and notorized everything I need and it was done so efficiently and professionally! I'm very grateful! They made my stressful day stress-free! Definitely coming back!
What a great UPS store. I returned my Amazon quickly and got a coffee next store at Balloon Roof coffee. Shonta’ was helpful and had a quick way of helping. The room was clean but had everything needed. Highly recommend coming here. They also have Ice cream! Mostly just pickup for specific deliveries. Super nice, and today they were selling snacks/candy, drinks and ice cream/Popsicles
Great service!
They sell P.O. boxes through iPostal1, but refuse to let you pick up your mail. This is costing me money. They denied me access to the 1583 form and declined to provide a reason. I was then very rudely told to leave the store, while they kept my mail. Do not waste your money with these people. They have no clue how their service is supposed to operate. Edit: It's convenient that the business can write whatever it wants on here and the customer cannot reply. They just lie with no consequences!
