I was excited to visit your bakeshop today after trying your cookies. Unfortunately, the customer service left me feeling disappointed and I left empty handed. The clerk laughed when she saw me look at the menu board because "those prices are from ten years ago." When I asked her for updated prices she bluntly said to call customer service. I told her I was interested in buying a box of cookies and she said "that takes to much time, I can't do that now are you kidding! You have to order a day before." You never get service with a smile, but today was the absolute worst. They closed the bakery because they were not organized while I was still inside. Needless to say, I will not be returning any time soon.
