Had a drivers window mechanism fail. Shane took a look at it same day and was able to get a used one. Put it in after the weekend. Costco as less than quoted. Thanks to Shane and your staff for getting that fixed so quickly. Shane also told me a little of the history of how his grandfather started the auto wreckers back after the war. It was interesting to hear.

Unprofessional, disrespectful, dishonest, inexperienced and unmotivated staff. Very immature behavior by management. Disorganized, disgustingly dirty shop. Very childish Hypocritical finger pointing. No rules or procedures in place, as a result no accountability or production or quality. Low moral overall due to all the previous issues.
