I truly don’t have enough great things to say about Popolo Catering. We hired them for our wedding on 10/4/25, and they exceeded our expectations in every possible way. You truly cannot beat the quality, pricing, and exceptional level of service they bring to an event. Our tasting prior to the wedding was such a lovely experience. We used Popolo for my daughter's wedding last weekend. The food was delicious and I heard many compliments from guests. Popolo staff was responsive to our questions, excellent with suggestions on what works well, thorough with details, and pleasant to work with. I would use them again and highly recommend them!
Popolo catered both our rehearsal dinner and our wedding night and we couldn’t be happier! Kathleen, Kenny and their whole team were amazing throughout the whole process. Popolo provided the food for our daughter's First Communion. They were great throughout the process. We ordered tri tip, BBQ chicken, mashed potatoes, seasonal veggies, pinquito beans, garlic bread and the strawberry salad. We also got the charcuterie board and the bacon wrapped stuffed jalapenos. It was a hit. Everyone loved the food. They were on time and very professional. I highly recommend them for your next event!
Popolo’s catering was a huge hit at our wedding! We opted for a buffet style dinner that was suitable for all of our guests— including our French family from France, Mexican family from Mexico, and American friends.
