Mr. Poplin was nice and did what he promised. The truck bringing the tires to his location was very late. Tires were installed quickly with an invoice sent electronically and a recommendation of a mechanic to do an alignment for us. Mr. Poplin works out of his home. There is no office, no waiting room and no public restroom. He has a set up in his yard that allows him to change, balance and install the new tires. It is efficient. His son helped him to get the job done.
Tire service might or might not be good. But the people working here are disappointing and closed minded. Don’t go here especially if you think everything that’s going on is okay!
