I wish I could give less than 1 star. Unbelievably incompetent management. We’ve had mold on our clothes from the washing machine all summer and all they do is keep “trying” to fix it, but we keep having the same brown moldy debris on our freshly washed clothes. We’ve had swarms of ants inside our house all summer and initially tried setting out ant poison baits, but they keep coming back. Requested pest control 2 weeks ago and they gave the pest control company the wrong address and apparently they can only come on Fridays ... read more

They never call back and keep running away from our calls because they don’t want to deal with any issues. They keep saying we will call you back. Of cause they never call back and even are telling a lie to us. They always say “We called you and left a message “ even though they never even called. We never received a call anyway. From the moment I inquired about the rental home through signing the lease, the experience was amazing! Daisha was incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions, and followed through on everything that was communicated to me. Her customer service was outstanding and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her professionalism and responsiveness. We can’t wait to move in within the next few weeks!
