My experience during all my visits have been great. The entire team is incredibly friendly and welcoming. All of the staff are thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a caring dentist.
The office and clean and staff is friendly, but I felt very caught off guard by the cost of what I understood was going to be just a regular cleaning appointment. My appointment instead was billed as periodontal maintenance, therefore cost me 5x more than what my normal copay for a cleaning is. I felt blindsided and honestly taken advantage of for the extra money, especially considering I’m pregnant and a full exam couldn’t even be performed. I rate the place 1 star, because there is no Zero rating. They misuse their prime location to create an impression which doesn’t match professionalism. They charge astronomical amounts adding absolutely unnecessary services. They ask you to digitally sign a dozen documents without even showing it to you… Overall, an unprofessional and unreliable agency.
Hygienist Rebecca was very kind and encouraging and gentile on my teeth! Praised me for my good habits. I like that instead of feeling guilty or shamed from not doing enough. I wasn’t pressured or invited to get any other treatments, toothbrushes. medicinal toothpastes, mouth guards or Invisalign. Just the cleaning. So refreshing. I’d like her every time. Front desk also helpful helping set appointments and working with me to get my son in the office who just aged off our insurance. Best visit there yet.
