Poplar Mechanics (Dustin) is awesome. Emailed him on Saturday regarding a tree we were worried about and he promptly emailed back asking for the address and phone # so he could come see it. He called on Sunday and came to assess the situation for the tree. He didn’t charge for the advice, and didn’t try to sell anything we didn’t need. Dustin is beyond amazing, respectful, personable, professional, ethical, all on top of performing amazing work, clean up, and service at realistic and reasonable prices. Absolutely fabulous! Dustin and his crew did an amazing job with our trees, just what we asked for!!! We had trees removed, trimmed and landscaping done. We love the results. Dustin is a very talented urban lumberjack. Easy to work with and amazing to watch, can't say enough good things!!
Dustin responded to my inquiry within 7 minutes the day we reached out. He was friendly, professional, prompt, and on-time. The crew was painstaking in removing all of the mess, even making sure our neighbour's yards were spotless before they left. The price to remove 8 large poplars directly against our fence was very reasonable, and exactly matched his initial quote. 100% recommend.
