Best. Tree. Service. Hands down. In all of Medicine Hat. Dustin is beyond amazing, respectful, personable, professional, ethical, all on top of performing amazing work, clean up, and service at realistic and reasonable prices. He is not out to gouge customers!! He came to do work for me on a Sunday because he wanted to ensure my house was safe from the neighbor's trees that were already dragging on my roof. Absolutely fabulous! Dustin and his crew did an amazing job with our trees, just what we asked for!!! We had trees removed, trimmed and landscaping done. We love the results. Dustin is a very talented urban lumberjack. Easy to work with and amazing to watch, can't say enough good things!!
Dustin responded to my inquiry within 7 minutes the day we reached out. He was friendly, professional, prompt, and on-time. The crew was painstaking in removing all of the mess, even making sure our neighbour's yards were spotless before they left. The price to remove 8 large poplars directly against our fence was very reasonable, and exactly matched his initial quote. 100% recommend.
Last may they came to cut down a pesky tree I had in my back yard. They were on time and got it down quickly. They chipped up and took away all the pieces I didnot want. They left me the pieces I could cut up myself for fires in my back yard. Very good service.
Very impressed with the quality of service and professionalism. They cared about the safety of our customers as well as working around our business hours. Took down 3 huge trees and trimmed up many more beaufully. I highly recommend!
