Really happy with the new management and Andrew specially has been very helpful throughout. He definitely is a very helpful friendly and kind person!
The apartment complex is in terrible shape. Felt like nonstop issues living here. The only plus was that the people in the leasing office are helpful and respond to issues. However, the apartment quality for the price is very bad.
I lived on the first floor of this property in 2024 for a few months. At first, it seemed decent, but after about three months I began experiencing a severe pest problem (roaches and mice) that turned into an infestation lasting more than six months. My vehicle was also towed by mistake, and management refused to compensate me. On top of that, every time it rained, water entered my apartment through the porch sliding glass doors, destroying property such as my TV, couches, and rugs.
