I lived on the first floor of this property in 2024 for a few months. At first, it seemed decent, but after about three months I began experiencing a severe pest problem (roaches and mice) that turned into an infestation lasting more than six months. My vehicle was also towed by mistake, and management refused to compensate me. Overall the apartment complex has been relatively quiet and peaceful which is good, but the communication from the current management team is worse than anything I have ever experienced. A majority of their messages come via paper rather than email and almost all communication has some kind of inherent built in passive aggressive threat of fees if you don't comply with very shirt notice. It is always Important to have a safe and clean community to live in and Popular Glen Apartments is just that. The maintenance team has excellent customer service.Matt and Andrew make a Great Team.Their response to the work orders was immediate and came in and completed all work orders same day in a timely manner. They came and represent and was the encore of the importance of residency of Popular Glen Apartments. Thank you,Andrew and Matt,keep up the great work.
Had a really great experience touring with Michelle. She was very knowledgeable and kind. I really like the community; it is very clean and seems well maintained.
They need to work on their pest control tactics. Understaffed and major management issues.
