Popkin was fantastic. The owner was great and the Dan and Bryan were my techs and they were awesome. Replaced my old panel box and I couldn’t be happier with the job. Definitely would highly recommend them to family and friends.

I made an appointment to have my non-working attic fan looked at which is located on the upper roof of my split level home. I cleared out my daughters closet where the access door is and even brought in my own ladder and drop cloth. Technician arrived one hour late, went through the access door in my daughters closet, and came down and told me he couldn’t find the attic fan. This company needs to be shut down because of the attitude of the owner. He was contracted through my warranty company to perform work on my electrical system. The technicians diagnosed the problem and called him to let him know the issue. He at that time asked to speak to me and started yelling and threatening me. He stated that he was there by mistake and I need to take full responsibility for the bill if the company that contracted him did not pay. He was insisting that I say yes to paying the full amount. Popkin electric recently updated our electric box. Great job done. Workers were fantastic, neat, helpful and friendly. I will call Andrew again when electrical work is needed.
