The Ultimate Popeye's is the perfect place in the perfect location. You can't get a better view! Popeyes is located right in the heart of Lake Geneva, so within walking distance of bars and nightlife. The food is delicious with great views. Not only that, but you can go on a horse drawn carriage ride that starts right out in front of the restaurant. This is even more beautiful in the fall and winter.
CHICKEN! Great chicken!! The restaurant has friendly staff who get you seated and fed asap, which is very good when you are HUNGRY! The restaurant is very clean and the prices are decent.
No it's not the popeye's chicken place I will never forget the first time my husband and I went on a date. He totally impressed me and made 4 reservations at 4 different restaurants. Popeyes On Lake Geneva was one of my 4 choices. Yes I was impressed, and I was totally insulted. I'm like come on, Popeyes, what is up with that? Most overrated in Lake Geneva Tourist trap! Food is average at best. The location is what draws people in, not the food. I was very disappointed in my meal and service.

Fantastic food – My husband and I visit the Lake Geneva area usually once or twice a year. We always stop in at Popeye's on the Lake for their fantastic food. Their waitstaff is very friendly, too. Go for the food but be sure to enjoy the view. The lake can be viewed from most seating in the restaurant. What a find this restaurant was. The outside of the building is kind of deceptive. The food is 5 Star all the way.
