This location closes before it's advertised closing time. Half the items available to order on doordash isn't available at the Napanee Location. Went to order on Doordash at 5pm, says restaurant is closed and won't open until 10:30am , 2 days from now. so I get in my car to go check and sure enough. they are open. They never answer the phone. this place is a joke.
me and my two friends came and each ordered chicken all of our chicken was pink!!! and smelled like straight fish! i went up and showed the lady it wasn’t cooked and she said it was and it wasn’t what so ever. will never be back, the fact she could clearly see it was pink and lied made it worse, than continued us to keep eating it, disgusting never being back.
Although really slow when we were there, the staff was apologetic...and incredibly respectful. Will definitely come back. Edit: Came back and had to down grade; both drink and food options were not available...and apon leaving, when I asked for extra sauce, the cook was incredibly rude as though asking was disrespectful to him. Go to KFC...I will.
Was so expensive for some mid food.
Chicken burger, really good. The bun is soft, the chicken is juicy, and the sauce is very tasty. Fries are good, service is fast, everything is neat and well organized.
