I came in from RGV for a work conference and went to Popeyes on Webber and I was not what I expected. The chicken was dry and the skin looked like it was under the heat lamp to long. The red beans and rice had no flavor and rice was not fully cooked. The biscuit was dry over all bad experience. I like Popeyes for the red beans and rice but very disappointed.

I had a late lunch at 2pm. Went in and all I could smell was the trash cans. It looked empty in the dining room but not a single clean table trash on the seats and floor. I asked if there was any special promotions? combos? The girl was rude turned her back to me and didn't acknowledge my presence.

Can't even get the orders right. Specifically asked for all dark meat! I mentioned this 3 different times while waiting! What did I get all white meat! Tried to call and no one wants to answer the phone, this is the LAST TIME and I do mean the last time I ever order from Popeyes again! Everytime I ask for something they do the EXACT opposite. Like just to screw up people's day! DO BETTER POPEYES!

Walked in after placing an online order. Bought (2) 3 piece chicken strips. Watching my boxes SIT ON THE COUNTER waiting to be sacked up and due to the lack of time NOT under heat lap.....chicken got cold. Biscuit in the box was so dark brown.....and as hard as a HOCKEY PUCK 🤬. Popeyes....R.I.P.
