It deserves less than one star. I'm writing this out of anger right now. I waited in the drive-thru for about 7 minutes, and then a woman spoke to me through the intercom. I told her it was an Uber Eats order and the customer's name. Due to my limited English, I repeated the customer's order name to her. There couldn't have been more than 2-3 orders in total because there were no other cars behind me or in front of me. She insisted she didn't understand and kept making me repeat the order name.
