Popeyes is a disappointment they take forever don’t listen to what u ask for and are always out of something
Ordered 10 minutes prior from app. Not busy at all. Everybody has to wait at a parking spot for tepid food to not run up their timer as they wait. This happened the last 3 times I went to this location. Not going back to that location...
It took 40 minutes for me to actually receive my order. In that time multiple other cars received their orders and the crew members spent more time poking their heads out of the drive thru window laughing, talking and eating food. By the time I even got my food I was still missing part of the order. I didn’t realize it took 40 minutes to make 6 tenders.
Posting these at every Popeyes location I come across to warn others. And I do mean every. I placed a mobile order through the Popeyes app on May 20 at approximately 10:00 PM for pickup at Popeyes restaurant #9045, located at 7200 Bell St in Amarillo, TX. The app accepted my order and took my payment. When I arrived at the restaurant to pick up the food I had already paid for, the store was closed — even though the posted sign on the door said the location was open until 11:00 PM.
