I had been to this location many of times and each time there is one employee that has a nasty attitude with the customer. He rolls his eyes and talk to customers in a condescending manner. I pointed it out to the manager and he tells me that’s just the way he is. But I noticed after he heard me saying about his attitude he was being very pleasant with the next guest. Didn't have honey or hot sauce.
How did they know I love waiting 10 minutes, then watching them giving the food I was waiting on to someone els and waiting another 15-20 minutes for them to make more chicken. What a lovely experience!
Quality control is poor Mac n cheese looks disgusting. On top of that they don’t answer the phones. Received spicy chicken when I ordered classic.
