It's not every day you get excellent customer service at a fast food establishment. That is why I felt a shot out was appropriate for the service i received yesterday at the Huntley location. Kenny not only greeted us with a smile, but asked how our day was. He then helped us pick a menu item, first time there, a well as gave a sample. Then told us a fresh batch of tenders was coming up so of cost we ordered those too. The food did not disappoint. Great experience and way to go Kenny! We will be back!
Excellent customer service from the young man who was working the drive through window today (9/15/25 12:25pm). Very friendly/fun. My order was perfect and was ready quickly. If he’s not the manager he should be.
